1. About the Policy

Next Generation Distribution Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as the “NG”) is seriously responsible and highly complies with regulations for protecting your personal data and privacy. NG recognizes the importance of safeguarding the personal data of business partners, clients, related business partners and its employees who have disclosed to NG and it is our responsibility to properly control, protect and process these personal data.

2. Scope 
This Policy is designed to govern on how NG, its affiliated Company and NG’s Human Resource Department (for employee management purpose) collect, use, disclose and/or process the personal data that have disclosed to NG or required to disclose to NG, as well as for prior informed before providing NG with any of personal data

A. “Personal Data” is the data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data another information to which an organization has or is likely to have access.

4. Collection, Usage, Disclosure and Process

A. The personal data which NG collects may be used, disclosed and/or processed for various purposes, depending on the circumstances for which NG may/will need to process the personal data.

B. In order to conduct our business operations more smoothly and to fulfil the above-said, NG may also be disclosing the personal data that have been provided to NG to our third-party service providers, and/or our affiliates or related corporations, and/or other third parties whether sited in Cambodia or outside of Cambodia, for one or more of the above-stated Purposes.

5. Withdrawal of Consent

A. The consent can be withdrawn from the collection, use and/or disclosure of personal data in the NG’s possession or under NG control by submitting request to Info@nextgdb.com .

6. Disclosure of Personal Data to third Parties

A. NG respects the confidentiality of the personal data that has been provided to NG.

B. With this regard, NG may disclose the personal data to third parties without first obtaining the consent or prior informing in certain situations.

C. When NG discloses personal data to third parties, NG will put in our best efforts to require such third parties to protect the personal data.

7. Correction of Personal Data

A. The request to correct the personal data currently in NG’s possession or control by submitting a written request to NG via Info@nextgdb.com.

8. Rights And Choices A. Any time that no longer wish to receive any marketing communications from NG, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided. It can be chosen not to receive commercial email from NG by sending the request to NG through email at Info@nextgdb.com or to Human Resource Department for employee.
