Learning is the heart of our organization.
On 07 March 2023, Next Generation Distribution organized the “Introduction to Leadership and Supervision” training for the 2nd Intake as part of our leadership development program at NG’s Training Center. The purpose of this training is to reinforce the learning culture as well as to encourage our employee to adopt an appropriate leadership behavior to foster their team motivation and performance.

2022 was a flourishing year for Next Generation Distribution. To highlight the 2022 key milestone as well as the 2023 strategic goal, NG has organized the Sale Conference on 29th December 2022.

Time management training is an essential skill you need to be more productive and effective in all areas of life. On 02 June 2023, Next Generation Distribution organized the “Introduction to Time Management” training at NG’s Training Center. The purpose of this training is to reinforce the learning culture as well as to familiarize our employee with time management tools and techniques to keep the task on track through effective prioritization, scheduling, and planning.

Our employees are our valuable asset; therefore, we put our employees’ safety at the top priority. On 13 January 2023, Next Generation Distribution organized “The Basic First Aid Training” at NG’s Training Center. The purpose of this training is to equip our safety committee as well as emergency response team to perform the first aid which is an important life saver during the event of emergence.

Team Leader plays an important role in translating business direction into action plan to the team members so that the team could further execute the action plan to drive the business result. As part of our NG Leadership Development Program, we have organized a training course “Workplace Communication for Team Leaders” to equip our employees with skill and attitude in promoting and fostering effective communication in the organization.

ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ គឺជាជោគជ័យដ៏ធំមួយសម្រាប់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ណិកស៍ ជេនើរេសិន ឌីស្រ្ទីប៊្យូសិន។ ដើម្បីសរុបពីសមិទ្ធិផលដែលសម្រេចបានក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ ក៏ដូចជាបង្ហាញគោលដៅយុទ្ធសាស្ត្ររបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ ពួកយើងបានរៀបចំ សន្និសិទស្តីពីការសម្រេចលទ្ធផលឆ្នាំ ២០២៣ និង ការកំណត់ទិសដៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០២៤ នៅថ្ងៃទី ២៩ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣។

សន្និសីទនេះគឺជាការប្រមូលផ្តុំដ៏ធំបំផុតប្រចាំឆ្នាំដែលបានចូលរួមដោយបុគ្គលិករបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន ណិកស៍ ជេនើរេសិន ឌីស្រ្ទីប៊្យូសិននៅទូទាំងប្រទេស។

2023 was a flourishing year for Next Generation Distribution. To highlight the 2023 key milestone as well as the 2024 strategic goal, NG has organized the Sale Conference on 29th December 2023. 
This monumental conference was the biggest gathering which was participated by NG’s employee nation wide.

Next Generation is thrilled to share that we recently celebrated our “Distribute Love” charity event at Phum Khai Orphanage Center. We had such a wonderful time spending the day with the children, playing games, having fun activities, and enjoying delicious lunch together.

Great Leaders Create More Leaders. On 07 July 2023, Next Generation Distribution organized the “Coaching and Training Skills for Team Leader” training at NG’s Training Center. The purpose of this training is to reinforce the learning culture as well as to equip our employees with appropriate mindset and tools to conduct team coaching and training sessions with direct reports as part of employee development.

For the upcoming Khmer New Year Ceremony, Next Generation Distribution held NG Sangkran on March 29, 2023 as part of our Khmer tradition. With the participation of our top management, employees and business partners, the event was filled with fun and enthusiasm by our activities including Khmer traditional games, dancing and many more activities.

Our employees are our valuable asset. To ensure that our employees are equipped with skills and behavior in driving defensively, we have organized the “Defensive Driving Training” for our employees countrywide in June 2022.
